For anything beyond a routine service we either visit or ask for a photo, so the price we give you is the price that holds.
You get it in writing
What is included, what is not, and what happens if we find something behind the panel once we start.
One engineer, start to finish
The person who quoted the job is the person who does it, so nothing gets lost between the two.
Tidied up properly
Old parts taken away, dust sheets lifted, and a quick walk round with you before we leave.
